Celebrate the launch of Pharrell x Adidas NMD with in-store visuals for Adidas Hanbury Street.


In 2015, Adidas Originals launched the NMD – a trainer with primeknit upper and a boost sole that got popular pretty quickly. Just a year later and 2016 saw Adidas partner with Pharrell Williams, launching the NMD Human Race, or ‘NMD Hu’ for short – a collaboration that focused on humanity and empowerment.

To mark its launch, we designed oscillating in-store visuals to be projected onto the walls of Adidas Hanbury Street in east London. Our animated graphics are in two bold colours and mirror that same knitted upper and innovative laces as the shoe, with distorted lines and soundwaves that come and go to construct the shape of the NMD and Adidas logo.
