JUNIOR PRODUCER

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a full-time role as a Junior Producer role at Pavilion Works.

You will be joining the core in-house team, working across hero commercials, social content, music, and in-house projects. Our work environment is fast, creative, and always striving to expand on briefs and explore new ideas.

Pavilion Works started in 2017, and since then we have amassed an array of clients across ad agencies, fashion, direct to brands and music labels. Whether a 15-minute documentary or 6-second social film, producing high-quality content is at the core of what we do.

As a Junior Producer, you will work closely with producers in supporting across all aspects of pre, production and post-production as well as taking on your own productions. This will range from putting together call sheets, organising crew, on-set support all the way to managing edit deliveries to clients. This diverse role will see you exposed to all aspects of the filmmaking process.

This position requires you to work from the office that is based in Bermondsey, London.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have an active interest and stay on top of what’s going on in the industry.

  • Experience working as Producer on films projects from start to finish, including post production.

  • Have experience working with a range of budgets

  • Used to working with the APA guidelines.

  • Completing and drafting contacts.

  • Previous experience at production companies, agencies or freelance

  • Ability to organise and manage your own time effectively

  • Willingness to learn and get stuck in all aspects of production

  • At ease managing multiple projects at one time.

  • Able to work quickly and effectively.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Being the lead producer on jobs from pitch to delivery.

  • Managing production teams, bringing support when needed with PAs and PMs.

  • Being a main point of contact with the agency producer, music commissioners and other clients.

  • Supporting on research and development for projects.

  • Researching for creative treatments and pitches.

  • Building the right team to creatively win and deliver a project.

  • Supporting producer on scheduling and workflow in the post production department.

  • Helping to manage social media accounts for Pavilion Works and PWO.

  • Proficient use of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides or similar programs.

  • Excellent written communication.

  • On-set experience.

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or editing software is ideal but not essential.
